Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with me. To ensure a smooth experience for both of us, please take a moment to read through my booking policies. These help protect our time and energy, and create a respectful space for this important work.

✦ Services Offered

I offer private sessions, group readings, and special events both online and in person. All sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.

✦ Payment & Deposits

Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your session time is held just for you. No bookings are confirmed without payment.

✦ Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

✦ Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment, one time, with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Sessions cannot be rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, and will be treated as cancellations.

✦ No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not show up to your session or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be marked as a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be issued.

Please be respectful of our time together—sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

✦ Emergencies

I understand that life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate reasonable situations, but this is at my discretion.

Please come to your session with an open mind and heart. This is a safe, supportive space for healing and connection. I reserve the right to end a session if there is disrespectful behavior, and no refund will be given in such cases.
